A clear starting point for your request
Tell us your town and which tree the question concerns. A description such as "the tree beside the driveway" is clearer than "the big one" when there are several trees on the property. If you are asking about more than one tree, describe them separately.
Say what you want discussed: removal, trimming, pruning, a remaining stump, or another task. If you are unsure, describe your concern in your own words. You can leave the service selection open and use the message box to explain.
